The Reichstag is located at Platz der Republik 1, in Berlin’s government district. It’s easy to reach by public transport: U5 to Bundestag or Brandenburger Tor, or by bus 100, which is also a great sightseeing route through central Berlin. Berlin Hauptbahnhof (Central Station) is only a short walk away.

The glass dome and roof terrace are generally open daily from 08:00–21:45, with 21:45 being the last admission. Opening times can vary on parliamentary session days, weekends or due to special circumstances, so always check before your visit.

• Visit around sunset for beautiful views over Berlin.
• Allow around 1 hour for the dome and rooftop experience.
