If you are in Dubai, taking a desert safari is a must! Outside of modern Dubai, you would almost forget that it is a metropolis that has only fairly recently risen in the desert. Dubai gains new architectural, cultural attractions every year and changes at a furious pace, but the desert has remained unchanged over the centuries, as the cradle and origin of the country.

With just a half-hour drive from the gigantic city, you reach the golden sands of Dubai’s desert. Experiencing the beautiful desert can be done in several ways: Take a 4×4 and tear across the sand, go camel riding, sandboarding or visit a Bedouin camp and stay here for a night. Once daylight gives way to starry skies, the desert becomes even more magical.
