The National Capitol building is located on La Habana (Havana) Bay on the island’s north coast. The National Capitol Building or El Capitolio, is a public edifice in Havana, the capital of Cuba. The building was built from 1926 to 1929 and commissioned by Cuban president Gerardo Machado.
Its enormous dome is iconic, marking the Havana skyline. The National Capitol building has dominated Havana’s cityscape since the 1920s and is still one of the most important landmarks of the city.
You can get the National Capitol Building tickets and passes at the ticket office when you arrive.
The ticket price is 3 CUC without guide and 4 CUC with guide.
