The Campuhan Ridge Walk is located in Ubud, the cultural centre of Bali, is a place that undoubtedly will be on your Bali itinerary.
There are several beautiful walks through the rice fields in the Ubud area. But one of the most beautiful hikes around Ubud is the Campuhan Ridge Walk. The rather short, but very rewarding, walkway will take you up and down a ridge along rice fields and palm trees, a perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle from Ubud. This is the perfect place to watch the sunrise or sunset.

The Campuhan Ridge Walk is an easy walk that takes you on a paved path to a ridge above the rice paddies of Ubud, west of the city. On both sides of the cliff is a deep gorge and a good flow of water. The ridge itself is no longer than a mile and a very popular place for a workout. From the Campuhan Ridge you have a beautiful view of the surrounding valleys next to and below you. At the end of the walk you will arrive at the village of Bangkian Sidem.
