Hạ Long Bay, Quảng Ninh, Vietnam

What can you expect:

Hạ Long Bay, in northeast Vietnam, is known for its emerald waters and thousands of towering limestone islands topped by rainforests. Junk boat tours and sea kayak expeditions take visitors past islands named for their shapes, including Stone Dog and Teapot islets.

You can see how nature can sculpt in a special way in Ha in Long Bay in Vietnam. In this elongated bay are hundreds of limestone monoliths that rise spectacularly from the ocean. Most of these islands are uninhabited. One of the islands in Ha Long Bay is Cat Ba island where the endangered white-headed langur monkey species lives. The entire area is good for swimming and diving because of the beautiful coral formations and deep natural caves.
Ha Long Bay is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, an absolutely deserved mention.
